Founded in 1977 as a small hand-assembly operation, Madcar began humbly, operating out of the family garage. What started with simple handwork, gluing and folding boxes, quickly grew as our reputation for quality and reliability spread. Soon, we were assembling and labeling full product packages for customers who trusted us to handle their most important projects with care and precision.

Over the years, our commitment to excellence fueled steady growth. From a single production line, Madcar evolved into a full-service fulfillment company and serving clients across the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, retail, and health and beauty aid industries.

Madcar, now owned by Century Direct Solutions(opens in new tab) and a proud member of the Triangle Services, Inc.(opens in new tab) famility of businesses, is FDA registered for the secondary packaging of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, foods, and dietary supplements. We're also a member of Sedex and have completed a SMETA 4-Pillar audit, and we're registered on the EcoVadis platform and has completed an EcoVadis assessment. We follow strict Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintain a trained and dedicated staff across production, warehousing, and customer service to guide every project with precision and care.
